Pay:
- Monthly draw
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 5 day work week
- Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Operating hours of the store
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk in customers
- Follow up with online inquiries about vehicles on the lot by reaching out by phone, text, and email
- Schedule in store appointments to view and test drive vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their wants and needs
- Be knowledgeable of the vehicles available for sale to provide alternate options
- Provide list of optional products available for customers to purchase
- Consistently meet established sales goals metrics
- Partner with the Sales Management team for training and learning opportunities
- Additional duties as assigned

Work Environment:
- Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
- Frequently in and out of vehicles

Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Customer satisfaction driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technologically savvy with computers
Preferred Experience:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate a vehicle
- Ability to sit for 2- 4 hours
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 - 6 hours
- Visual acuity to read and type for 2 - 6 hours
- Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 2 - 4 hours
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds unassisted
