Remote RV Technician America's champion for fun, freedom, adventure, and making RVing easier! We have an excellent opportunity available for skilled RV Techs who are interested in making a change in their career. The ideal candidate will come with 3 years of experience as an RV Service Technician and general computer literacy.
This position is fully remote, and equipment will be provided. If you're ready to stop turning wrenches and interested in working from the comfort of your home, this position is for you!
*Compensation starts between $25hr-$27hr*
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer in-coming calls from Good Sam Elite Members and assist with questions about RV accessories and how to handle RV disablement situations
- Connect Elite Members with RV Repair facilities when necessary for repairs that cannot be corrected over the phone
- Connect Elite Members with Roadside Assistance when necessary for RV disablement situations
- Provide Elite Members with technical information, diagrams, instructions by text or email
- Perform member follow-up to ensure technical issues(s) are resolved
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years of RV Service Technician experience
- RVIA certification preferred
- Effective communication skills required
- Must have a customer-focused mentality
- Basic Computer skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills required
- Previous Call Center Experience is a plus
