We are currently seeking an outstanding Head Cook to join our team.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
- Manages and schedules all staff of the dining department within budget
- Designs feature menu programs to ensure residents have a variety of quality food choices
- Ensures food and beverage presentation and service creates a pleasant dining experience, reflecting overall quality of the community
- Monitors workplace safety and fire hazards.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum one (1) year experience in food preparation setting, management preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred
