Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team and be based out of the Los Angeles/Southern California Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting AV systems, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of audio and visual equipment for this client.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently set up audio and visual equipment.
- Installation of displays on wall, ceilings, stands.
- Pulling and terminating low voltage cabling including Category cable.
- Travelling to various sites around the service area to perform maintenance work on existing systems.
- Conduct site-surveys on spaces before installation deployments.
- Work within a team environment to get the projects completed to the highest standard.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in audio visual setup, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort with daily client facing interaction including client executives.
- Professional AV Technology Certifications or related field is a plus.
Benefits:
- Starting salary between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, based on applicant experience.
- Full-time position with regular business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and a one-hour lunch break.
