LOCATION: Boston / Cambridge

SALARY: Circa $200,000 depending on experience plus uncapped commission and exceptional benefits

Our client is one of the world’s largest enterprise software providers and behind the pioneering tech used in film animation seen in films such as Inception, They are looking for an Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record in recruiting and developing a top performing sales team.

Developing a brand new team within their new SaaS version of their world-class data analytics solution. This opportunity has the feel and energy of a start-up with the financial backing of a 3 billion dollar global software company.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous tangible sales results and possess a resilient and driven mindset. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be a critical part of their team. This role will specifically sell into new logos and as such requires a hunter mentality, boldness, creativity, resiliency, charisma, a competitive spirit, and exceptional communication & presentation skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
  • Recruit, coach and mentor a new and growing team of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Lead the team and individual performance.
  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy, for portion of accounts, territory, or industry vertical.
  • Build, maintain and forecast sales pipeline, create and develop account plans.
  • Work closely with company outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to close.
  • Be entrepreneurial, stay current with industry news to develop marketing initiatives and create client events to attract prospects
  • Drive improvement of inside sales operational efficiencies
  • Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to create professional, tailored prospecting strategies
  • Advise management and peers on matters of importance to area(s) of responsibility. Propose/ influence direction-setting


YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:


  • Proven leadership experience within a similar role for 5 years or more
  • Evidence to show your success
  • Demonstrate workforce management and development
  • The ability to influence others
  • Escalation management, customer relationship-building experience
  • Knowledge of Corporate capabilities and outsourcing industry norms Business Analysis and Planning
  • General Financial Management/Cost Management
  • General Project Management
  • In-depth understanding of technology in direct responsibility
  • General understanding of related technologies
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends
