We are looking for a proactive, smart, organized individual to provide support to the VP of Product Development. *In-house opportunity only*
Responsibilities
- Test new products and samples
- Assist with purchase orders and reports
- Analyze inventory
- Forecast orders
- Handle imports and work with import companies to make sure product gets to us in a timely manner
- Negotiate pricing with import companies
- Respond to emails
- Communicate daily with factories
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Data entry
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with importing (experience with China would be a bonus!)
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Must have solid computer skills
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and communication skills
