Recruiter
Location: Hybrid Remote supporting Avamere Oregon facilities
Wage: $60,000 DOE
The Recruiter's primary purpose is to partner with business leads and leaders across the organization, primarily in our Skilled Nursing Facilities, to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals and will report to the Recruiting Manager.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leads and leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
- Be the primary point of contact for the candidates.
- Collect and document information on candidates with regards to qualifications, motivations, phone interview and compensation requirements.
- Network, establish, and maintain relationships within the health care industry. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of our industry in order to recruit and represent the organization effectively.
- Negotiates start date, employment offers, sign on bonuses and/or relocation with management approval.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing strategies, interview processes, offer negotiations, and for assigned requisitions
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate records using the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) and produce reports on all phases of the recruitment process
- Participate in job fairs and college recruiting fairs to source potential candidates and promote industry awareness
- Participates in social media; professional profile on Linkedin.com, posting job openings on social media websites, pushing information out to the marketing department for other social media websites, searching for candidates on social media websites and participating in creating material for the student by-weekly newsletter.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- BA degree preferred or a combination of equivalent education/experience
Requirement and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Must be hands on, creative and detail oriented
- Must be able to be held accountable to individual goals
