Logistics Operations Manager

Our company has an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Delivery Manager. This position will oversee our day to day delivery operation including the supervising of our delivery dispatchers.

About the Position:

• Oversee a dynamic 7 Day Operation
• Base Salary Compensation based upon on qualifications

Applicant Requirements:

• Proof of Identity And Authorization to Work in the United States
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Dispatching, Supervising Drivers or General Supervision
• Ability to Use MS Office & Google Suites
• Excellent Computer, Verbal, Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task, Prioritize, and Meet Deadlines in a Fluid Environment
• Friendly, Courteous and Positive Attitude Ability to Work Independently and Effectively in a Team Environment
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
• tJob Duties:
• Management of Overall Operation
• Serve as Primary Communication Liaison Between Company and Customer
• Provide Solutions to Delivery Problems and or Resolve Issues as Needed
• Provide Timely Information to Drivers on Route as Needed
• Counsel & Coach Dispatchers/Drivers
• Assist Drivers and dispatchers
• Day-to-Day Operations
• Check-Out and Check-In of Mobile Devices Used by Route Drivers
• Ensure Compliance within Operating Contract
• Responsible for Payroll and Company Policies and Procedures
