What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Associate position at Avantiico?

Job Summary: 

 

As Talent Acquisition Associate you will drive recruiting responsibilities, manage, and coordinate the talent pipeline and hiring process. As part of the Growth Team, you will work closely with hiring managers, and stakeholders to coordinate talent acquisition through converting prospects into candidates and refining hiring strategies.  You will also be the primary driver of candidate engagement, and externally represent Avantiico throughout the hiring process. Internally, as part of the Growth team you will participate in the new hire process end-to-end, assist with onboarding and guiding the transition process from candidate to employee. At Avantiico you will also be involved in internal talent growth by contributing to and assisting with internal training programs.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and operate daily the talent pipeline and manage the end-to-end process of the passive and active candidate journey 
  • Ability to act as the key contact for external candidates, and develop Internal relationships with key stakeholders to achieve hiring goals 
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate to facilitate hiring strategies, and participate in careers branding and development 
  • Ensure appropriate sourcing strategies are utilized, and include hiring best practices and techniques 
  • Articulate and present Avantiico and the candidate value proposition in appropriate talent markets, throughout the candidate journey, and contribute to the company careers branding through marketing hiring initiatives and content creation.  
  • Passive candidate search and networking 
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve the candidate journey 
  • Assist with internal training programs by facilitating the development of Avantiico's Learning Management System as part of the internal Growth Team needs 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:   

  • Must be able to effectively communicate across a variety of mediums, including e-mail, virtual meetings, Microsoft Teams, etc.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work effectively with simultaneous projects and priorities.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic to Moderate understanding of Microsoft Suite. Including Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Forms, PowerPoint, Excel, etc Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Moderate understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
  • Natural aptitude to learning new software, products, and platforms 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required 
  • 2-3 years Talent Acquisition experience Preferred but not required 
  • Moderate understanding of reporting and analytics 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must have the ability to work from a home office and follow working from home best practices.   
  • Must be able to lift 15lbs at a time.
