Position Overview
Contingent upon contract award
Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a QinetiQ US company, is seeking an experienced Training and Development professional who will serve as leader and supervisor for a talented cadre of Internet-Based MISO Instructors in the development of Training Support Packages (TSPs) for MISO Practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with CCMDs to identify emerging internet-based MISO training requirements
- stay informed of the current status of doctrine, authorities, and policy that may impact Training Support Packages (TSP) development
- Lead development of TSPs.
- Evaluate training curriculum in each organization and update accordingly to achieve evolving CCMD and PN objectives.
- Convene and lead TSP reviews twice yearly, at a minimum, in conjunction with the Government.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in similar or related area of study
- Experience: 10 years’ experience in MISO Operations
- Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
