ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Program Manager II Manages the overall process of planning, developing and delivering new products and services to market for a product or portfolio solution area. Scope may span elements of portfolio management, concept-to-market / new product introduction and lifecycle management.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
- Leads multi-functional core teams through process and deliverables
- Develops and manages the overall program plan
- Contributes to the development of product specifications and requirements
- Organizes, plans and ensures the execution of all program components and deliverables through core and extended team members
- Serves as a primary interface for the business decision team (BDT) for program/phase reviews
- Is aware of a product/product line financial impact and sets expectations accordingly
- Identifies business risks and coordinates actions to mitigate these risks
- Assesses business readiness in delivering product to market; uses market trends and competitive data to create and define a product/product lines route to market
- Owns final accountability for program and business readiness results
- Aligns with other work groups in the establishment of pricing proposals
- Maintains orderly work processes by coordinating work flow and work quality
- Interfaces with product management and development, services, supply chain, sales, and other support organizations to ensure processes and deliverables meet the program’s business objectives
- Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management
- Leads the introduction of solutions to a diverse range of complex problems
- Knowledge of company products, commercial tools, supply chain functions, marketing, services policies and procedures is preferred
- This job does not have supervisory responsibility.
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- 5 - 8 Years of Experience
Education:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Certifications:
- Project Management (PMP) Certification is preferred

- Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
