Registered Nurse (RN)

We are looking for a registered nurse to administer cosmetic injections and laser procedures in a high-end medical spa while providing superior customer service to patients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care for cosmetic procedures agreed upon by the patient. You will be responsible for developing a treatment plan based on the patient's concerns and as directed by the supervising physician. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will need to be compassionate and able to maintain composure during high-stress moments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Obtain a patient's medical history and monitor patient's conditions by performing thorough skin analysis and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment plan and advice

· Administers cosmetics injections, including Botox and dermal fillers

· Administers Laser procedures based on the patient's needs

· Assist surgeons during operations

· Develops a personalized treatment plan for patients with ongoing follow-ups

· Promotes all medical spa products, services, and treatments

· Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry

· Uses all required safety devices that comply with all company safety rules

· Collaborate with the physician to devise individualized treatment plans

· Provides direct patient care as a physician representative, treating the patient in a style and manner developed and directed by the supervising physician and consistent with authorized practice as defined by state law.

· Maintains the patient's medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, and educational materials distributed.

· Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards

Position Requirements:

· Must be a Physician's Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa with a valid license

• Proven experience as a registered nurse
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to always follow them
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills

Preferred but not Required:

· Experience in Medical Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery

· Experience with Botox or Dermal Filler injection.

*We will provide training to all new employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
