Job Summary:

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and dealer reputation
- Continually improve personal selling capabilities in order to respond to customer needs in a more effective manner
- Actively identifies, seeks and obtains new prospects
- Achieves targeted and agreed upon sales goal (volume and margin)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Must have a passion for sales and for creating innovative solutions for customers
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Customer oriented focus and philosophy
- Familiarity and experience with John Deere and competitive products will give you a head start but not required
- Excellent knowledge and use of CRM and all MS Office Products
