Salary: $47K-$48K

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift between 8:00am-8:00pm, occasional Saturdays 4-5 times per quarter

Overview:

Avenica is currently recruiting for an Account Executive The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable in a call center environment and is interested in gaining experience in sales, business, and client relations. In this role, you will not cold-call, but rather follow up on warm leads and existing prospects. This is a great sales position (non-commission based) with opportunities for professional growth and development.

No degree or sales experience required! Open to a variety of different customer service backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and email (no cold calling required).
• Execute brand strategies to ensure a consistent company sales and marketing message.
• Evaluate and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Continuously develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers to increase access and sales results.
• Collaborate with Managers to establish goals and implement plans to enhance current skill sets and sales results.
• Stay current with database information and reporting.
• Problem-solve and present advertising account analyses for new clients.

Requirements:

• Proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated and resourceful to reach and exceed sales goals while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear and precise language.
• Ability to obtain P&C license while in the role-no cost to you
