Job Purpose: Responsible for maintaining organization and standard processing procedure of seized and recovered electronic media from clients.

*This position is eligible for an employee bonus referral.*

Essential Duties:

• Receive and log all seized recovered electronic media into spreadsheets as well as ERIN (when applicable).
• Create proper documentation for all recovered electronic media including proper completion of chain of custody paperwork.
• Take clear digital photos of all seized evidence.
• Effectively handle biohazard evidence.
• Support the clients and departments within the business unit by communicating the status of inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Understanding of computers, document management; internet; hardware and software troubleshooting; electronic mail systems, such as Exchange and Outlook; Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), & capable of learning new technology.
• Relevant work experience in administrative support or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in digital forensic, Business or related discipline.
• Possession of professional certifications and membership in professional associations is highly desirable.
• Relevant work experience in evidence management, corrections, or law enforcement.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
• Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
