Plant Engineer
Compensation Depends On Experience
Monday - Friday with overtime as needed including weekend rotation
Our client produces high quality pork making sure that each piece packaged meets their standards for excellence. Production runs slower to keep the quality a priority resulting in a work environment that is less stressful than a larger facility. They have worked hard to make improvements to their facility which is reflected in a better culture, satisfied customers and a solid reputation. They are looking for an experienced Plant Engineer who is a solid leader, able to build a team. Compensation depends on experience.
The Plant Engineer is over Maintenance and Sanitation. When the plant is working, everyone works with weekend rotation that’s normally every 3rd week. They are looking for previous maintenance experience along with overseeing wastewater/sanitation ideally in meat manufacturing / slaughter. Candidate should be a solid mentor and strong team builder able to pull everyone together to work as a team with a common goal of staying on task and keeping the plant running safely and efficiently. Also a good manager with excellent communication skills, the ability to develop a team and work well with others, organized and ready to jump in where needed.
