Mounting Tech l $15-$18/hr.
Monday thru Friday 7a-4p
A local family owned trailer supply company in the Sheldon, IA area is looking for a Mounting Tech to join their growing team! The primary function of the Mounting Tech is to mount the service body, aerial lift, and all other components with excellent quality and speed. Responsibilities:
- Mount out riggers, service body, aerial lift, and all other components onto chassis.
- Wire trailer plug, aftermarket lights, inverters, and all other electrical components into chassis.
- Weld frame extensions, out riggers, and ballast onto chassis.
- Install PTO and pump onto chassis.
- Drilling, riveting, grinding, using an impact, and using an overhead hoist.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Knows how to read a tape measure
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to get up and down on a creeper
- Automotive experience would be great but not necessarily needed
- Experience with hydraulics, electrical wiring, welding, and reading an engineering print.
- Able to read and follow blueprints

- $15 to $18/hr. DOE
