We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Senior IT Contract Management Analyst to join our team. Our client is a leading provider of natural gas and electric services, catering to both residential and business consumers across the northern and central regions of California. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to enforce company policies, oversee risk controls, conduct compliance reviews, manage receipts, and obtain financial approvals for O&M contracts. It includes leading contract reviews with senior leaders and facilitating agreement on costs and resolutions. Duties also encompass identifying contract rationalization opportunities, discontinuing non-critical services, and collaborating with the Sourcing Department to understand contract details. Furthermore, the role entails partnering with Business Finance and IT PMO to capture O&M costs during procurement.

Responsabilities
- Evaluate and enhance existing processes within the contract management lifecycle, offering recommendations for business or process improvements.
- Facilitate timely resolution of issues pertaining to assigned contracts, including active participation in formal dispute resolution processes when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive written and electronic documentation and records for all aspects of assigned contracts.
- Document contract information, development status, issues, commitments, and contingencies using appropriate tracking tools, databases, and systems.
- Monitor and assess developer performance for contracts involving facilities under development or construction.
- Support regulatory processes and filings such as ERRA, General Rate Case, and other relevant filings related to assigned contracts or areas of responsibility.

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience;
- Job-related experience directly with IT Contracts.
