Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will support Avera Education & Staffing Solutions' temporary staffing service's goal of excellence in patient care utilizing the nursing process, facilitating positive employee relations while supporting customer expectations. The RN will perform all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate Avera Education & Staffing Solutions' temporary staffing service's values while maintaining a professional relationship with residents/patients, co-workers, visitors, and staff of this agency. The RN will perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures, regulatory and accrediting agencies' standards. This position requires travel to various facilities and commitment to scheduled hours is essential.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates patient care and delegates activities to LPN, CNA, ward secretary, and other health care team members.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of a registered nursing education program. Prefer 1-2 years' experience.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Must have current RN licensure in the state of residence to practice nursing in the state(s) you are placed in. Maintain certification for CPR.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
