Job Summary
- The HR Technology Analyst is responsible for the optimization of Avera’s human resources technology systems and other related applications and will develop in-depth understanding of all system tools and perform day to day system administrative functions as needed.
- The HR Technology Analyst will investigate and recommend software solutions, analyze data in support of Avera’s HR strategy, create and deliver various reports, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the HR Technology and other applications.
- This position will act as a system functional expert for the HR technology assigned.
- The HR Technoloy Analyst is responsible for HR technology design, development , testing and troubleshooting, changes, implementation, and process improvements as well as manages and maintains all inbound and outbound interfaces and feed files.
- This position will be a liaison between HR, IT and our vendors for the creation of custom reports and programming and will serve as a technical expert in consulting with stakeholders.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Two to three years of Human Resources, or related experience is required.
- Two to three years of HRIS experience preferred (i.e., WorkDay, UKG Pro, Oracle, etc).
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $33.50 - $50.50 per hour
