Responsible and accountable to ensure PCMC consistently exceeds expectations through our values of patient-centered care, excellence, teamwork and compassion.  Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the nursing services within the family practice clinic and satellite clinics, including supervision of the Clinic Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Patient Care Coordinators.  Responsible for coordinating a level of communication between patient, nursing staff, providers and other facility departments to create positive outcomes for employees and patients.
