Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find a Radiology Technical Assistant to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.
Job Duties: Responsible for performing general clerical and support duties consistent with all areas of the Radiology Department, including registering and scheduling patient appointments, cleaning, restocking and preparing exam rooms, preparing and pulling charts, transporting patients, filing, computer data entry and general department customer service. Will be trained for and expected to perform X-ray and CT procedures upon completion of training.
Education/Certifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience that includes computer data entry skills. ARRT Limited Scope X-ray License or if prior to 2008, State of MN X-ray Operator’s Certification. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $21.97 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
