Housekeeping/Transportation Manager

We are hiring a Facilities Manager to grow the residential housekeeping and transportation programs, while maintaining an environment of happy and engaged team members and high level of resident satisfaction.

Compensation: starting at $75,000 per year.

How you will make an impact:

• Assist the Director in developing, tracking and analyzing quality control measures and data to ensure that Housekeeping and Transportation departments deliver quality service in an efficient manner.
• Develop, implement and improve Housekeeping and Transportation departments procedures and programs.
• Lead periodic surveys and audits of facilities and grounds to ensure compliance with safety related legal requirements.
• Develop and implement training for all Community staff, as appropriate. 
• Oversee common area housekeeping and staff.
• Manage transportation staff and services to include taking residents to offsite appointments/errands.

What you will need:

• High School diploma or GED required, College degree preferred. 
• Current and valid state’s driver license is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a Company vehicle.  
• Three or more years of experience in Housekeeping/Transportation required.
• Knowledge of current DOT driving standards and regulations required for Transportation.
