Analyzes and determines training needs, administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs and problems. Plan, coordinate, and direct skills- and knowledge-enhancement programs for organization staff.
- Partners with engineering staff to gain a technical understanding of new product lines in order to develop training programs.
- Development of Training programs to fit the mLearning and eLearning categories.
- Skill to be able to troubleshoot customer programming concerns and operational issues.
- Presents classroom and webinar-based training on a variety of topics including software, systems, equipment and maintenance of equipment.
- Constructs training manuals and aids.
- Supervises or conducts special courses designed for training selected groups of organization employees.
- Maintains records for training programs including evaluations and employee participation.
- Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Must be proactive and display a high level of initiative
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Pivot, and Power Point
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm in stressful situations and adjust plans to meet changing needs
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Training and Development/Computer Science
- Advanced electrical / Mechanical / Software (Windows)
- Customer Service Experience / Help Desk / Supervisor

Salary : $57,400 - $72,600
