Requirements:
- Supervise salaried employees and hourly employees
- Responsible for meeting customer requirements for bio-security, quality, and production.
- Manage Bio-Security Protocols.
- Manage ISO 9001 program and compliance.
- Manage Quality Control Program.
- Manage Analytical Lab analyses database.
- Manage NIR system.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and implement programs
- Able to be on call 24 hours a day
- May perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a College Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the feed manufacturing industry.
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and instruct employees using equipment to verify it is being operated and maintained according to quality standards and correct procedures are followed per work instructions and customer requirements.
- Experience in Microsoft software is required
- Collect and conduct data analysis.
- Knowledge of industrial processes with feed milling preferred.
- Knowledge of Business English, punctuation, arithmetic, and spelling.
- Ability to work well independently and to carry out assignments to completion with minimum instructions, adhere to prescribed routines and practices, maintain records, and generate reports that require extreme accuracy.
