Overview
AVIAN is searching for an Quality Control Specialist Mid/Senior Level join our team providing support for the Unmanned Maritime Systems (UMS) Group.
A Operations Analyst must be able to solve technical problems proposed by the customer. Possess a practical understanding of engineering and inventory concepts. Assure that the product and its manufacturing process meet quality and safety standards IAW drawings and specifications. Provide inventory management support including shipping, receiving, and inspection and generate applicable Government forms. Able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens. Provide inventory support using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or CMPro tool. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities
Solve technical problems. Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering. Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts. Assure that the product and its manufacturing process meet quality and safety standards. Testing equipment to make sure that the manufacturing process operates effectively and safely.
Able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens. Should have experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods.
Qualifications
Mid Level
Education:High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.Experience:1-5 years professional experience related to field.
Senior Level
Education:High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.Experience:10 years professional experience related to field.
