If you are motivated, hard-working and results driven, you are the ideal candidate for Doggett Equipment Services Group’s Leadership Development Program (LDP). The program is designed to develop the future leaders of the company through training and on-the-job experience, and prepare them for entry-level management positions. Participants will begin their training in the Management Training Program (MTP). Upon successful completion of the MTP, you have the option of pursuing a position within Operations or continuing your training in the Sales Management Program (SMP). Make no mistake about it, expectations are high and this program is designed for a select few who seek a performance-based culture where they will be rewarded and challenged. *One is best suited for the Leadership Development Program upon completion of at least one summer internship with Doggett Equipment Services- both the Internship & Leadership Development Program are paid programs.
Summer Internship Qualifications:
· Candidates must be full-time, sophomore, junior or senior students.
· Candidates must possess a cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher.
Leadership Development Qualifications:
· Candidates must be a full-time college senior graduating in the upcoming Fall or Spring semester.
· Candidates must possess a cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM- TOTAL OF 18 MONTHS
MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM (MTP)
As a direct hire into the Management Training Program, you will have the opportunity to jump start your career with a growing, diverse company. The MTP provides graduates with hands-on, accelerated training in one of Doggett’s business units, enabling them to add value from day one as a fulltime employee. Participants will spend 12 months working alongside the company’s top leaders. During rotational assignments in Sales, Service, Parts, Finance and Accounting, you will gain an understanding of how each department functions, and understand the inter-working of these departments that ensure the successful daily operations of the business. This is your opportunity to apply your academic experience in a work environment while developing your leadership ability. Throughout the 12-month period you will receive direct practical experience in the operation of the business, learning from the ground up through hands-on training and job shadowing. You will be mentored throughout your time in the program by a business unit executive.

SALES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (SMP)
Many of the top wage earners in companies are in sales. The career and earnings potential for these “revenue generators” is limited only by their drive and desire to succeed. Trainees that successfully complete the MTP have the opportunity to continue their training in Doggett’s Sales Management Program. The program is 6 months in duration, providing participants with the opportunity to work alongside the company’s top sales leaders. Again, learning through hands-on training and job shadowing, trainees in the SMP have the opportunity to take their career to the next level.
