Sales Associate

We are looking for a result-driven Rental Sales Associate to be responsible for renting cars and all sales job duties . Rental Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Rental Sales associate should maintain our counter visual appearance in high standards. To present our company with a professional image. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate is to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting our sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information.
• Welcome customers to the counter and answer their queries.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Ensure counter supplies are well stocked.
• Remain knowledgeable on our car availability and discuss/offer available options
• Answer phone calls
• Follow up with Rental overdues
• Handle car exchange
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Take vehicle inventory

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Rental Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
• Recognizing and maintaining strict confidentiality of work material.
• Working independently in the absence of Supervisor or Manager
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment.
• Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Works well under pressure
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
