The Project Manager, REMS assists and supports the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) national business unit with administrative, analytical, presentation and financial duties, such as monthly report creation, deadline tracking, database maintenance, gathering information, working with leadership to create meeting agendas, scheduling appointments, and providing information as required.
To be successful as an Project Manager, REMS you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, a top-notch operations administrator should be highly organized and thrive under pressure. Position directly reports to Principal, Managing Director, US Real Estate Management Services.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings including monthly team calls and making any travel arrangements as necessary.
- Managing and update company databases (Property Tracker & Org Charts).
- Maintain and post updates to the REMS Policy and Procedures SharePoint site, Avisphere
- Assist in monthly reports or annual budgets when requested by Managing Director.
- Drafting and distributing monthly or quarterly REMS newsletters. Including a monthly call with national team to obtain contents for the newsletter
- Assist REMS Managing Director, Director of Accounting and Director of Operations on team initiatives as well as projects when needed.
- Providing direct administrative support to Managing Director.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of an Associate degree (A.A.) from two-year college or university
- Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position. or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
