We currently have an open position for a Laundry Attendant/ Housekeeper. Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred. Shifts would include working in both the laundry and housekeeping department.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to perform day to day laundry functions including: collecting, sorting, ironing, folding, stacking, hanging, and distributing
- Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
The mandatory requirements are:
- current CPR and First aid
- Fingerprint clearance card
- current TB or CXR
- 3 references, one professional reference.
