Quality & Insight Junior Consultant Salary: circa £22,000 We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who thinks outside the box with a positive, can-do attitude. If you have a talent for fact finding and asking the right questions to understand what is needed, then you’re the person we need! The role requires a multitasker who can use various systems to enhance our data quality. We need a team player who can build great working relationships and who has the right attitude to achieve our ambitions. No specific experience required; full training provided as this is an entry level position. A bit about the job: Completing and managing daily data quality audits, generating insights, and performing administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner Liaising with internal stakeholders in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner to analyse and improve data quality Taking ownership to resolve queries and/or blockages efficiently, ensuring any root causes are escalated, and resolution is successfully achieved within SLA Contributing to projects or other team initiatives by sharing knowledge and ideas and giving feedback to help develop the way others work Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong communication skills, both written & verbal Strong attention to detail to ensure that quality control processes are being followed, documentation is correct and up-to-date, and insights are accurate Basic Excel and Outlook knowledge/understanding Ability to prioritise and organise effectively Self-motivated and willing to learn What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
