What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at AVO Realty, LLC?
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
The SM role will be primarily focused on accountability, coaching, retention and facilitating growth in the number of licensed real estate agents within the organization, as well as building strong consultative relationships with the top agents in the office.
They will Coach and develop agents, providing them with the tools to increase their GCI.
- This person must be a licensed Real Estate agent in Texas
- Must be proficient in technology and experience building tech stacks
- Be a naturally high achiever who values the team over the individual
- Be persuasive and persevere, will act ethically with personal integrity and with high regard for others
- Play a key leadership role in onboarding new agents into the AVO Realty culture
- Good knowledge of real estate platforms, processes, systems and procedures is a must
- Strong ability to utilize technology for database management, project planning and statistical analysis
- Possess in-depth, high level, proven growth and leadership capabilities
- Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively
- Strong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poise
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually
- Promote the development of the staff as well as ensure they are held accountable to high-performance standards
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork, interdepartmental cooperation, trust and interdependency with all staff
- Facilitate monthly interdepartmental meetings
- Plan and host agent / office engagement activities monthly - sales meetings, socials, coaching, business planning, sales skills and compensation reviews
- Building Careers Through Training & Coaching : Provide consistent business development and financial management consulting to top agents with the office, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance
- Promote a strong learning- based environment and ensure that agents have access to top of the line training and educational opportunities - Ninja Installations and weekly skills groups
- Mastery : Adopt leadership habits of Ninja Selling System including utilizing the Ninja Flow model and weekly schedule
- Master basic marketing initiatives available through brokerage to increase market share in order to counsel agents
- Become proficient in platforms that include Sierra Interactive, Sisu, Transaction Desk, Sellers Shield, CLOZE CRM, Google Workspace, and various MLS Platforms
- Real Estate Expertise: Act as a resource to agents in contract opportunities and changes
- Assist agents with listing presentations, buyer interviews, contract negotiations, and lead conversion skill sets
Additional Expectations: Help to oversee and accelerate the financial performance of the office, paying close attention to, and making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators, to maximize profitability
Attend industry-specific functions that support the promotion and growth of the company in the communities we serve
Participate in approved agent education and training conferences specific to real estate selling.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
