As a Sales Administrator, :you will be a focal point for a variety of administrative duties in support of our customers and partner with the rest of the organization. In this role, you will be developing your sales and customer support experience to own a customer account. You will be responsible for creating quotations, order entry, coordination of scheduling for all incoming orders, processing acknowledgments of those orders via the appropriate medium, and independently resolving issues and problems.
In this Role, you’ll get to::
- Manage the order entry of all purchase orders received; include all comments/quality codes and other information on FPO; maintain responsibility through all customer requests and update data as necessary
- Responsible for correctly completing the quote process, including but not limited to filling out the price sheet, saving signed price sheets, and finding historical information
- Correctly and efficiently complete the RMA (Agile) process
- Produce timely status reports to inquiries pulled from emails, customer portals, and other sources
- Efficiently locate shipping & tracking information for customers
- Proficient at use of customer portals to pull purchase orders
- Read, understand, and respond appropriately to AVTPICK or comparable source file, booking report and the quote report
- Maintain Agile – ensure quality notes/purchase order notes entered and change/add as necessary
- Ability to independently answer/resolve at least 90% of incoming emails with an SLA of 24 hours
- Correspond professionally with customers with respect to receipt of order, prices, shipping information, clarification of requirements, and any other information as needed
- Provide sales support to facilitate the sales efforts
- Interface with Production Control, Purchasing, Quality and Shipping/Receiving to expedite (as required) and deliver an “on time” product
- Assist the Business Unit Manager with responding to customer inquiries
- Properly identify and resolve/escalate problems or issues in a timely fashion
- Actively contribute and execute ideas for process improvements and cost savings
- Presents a competent and composed demeanor, representing the company with professionalism to all stakeholders (including but not limited to applicants, employees, contractors, vendors, and customers) to successfully advance the interests of the company
- Follows all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, models safe work practices

What you’ll Need to Succeed::
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of State and Federal requirements and regulations
- Knowledge and experience working in a professional business environment, preferably aerospace
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge of both ERP systems and Excel required
- Working knowledge of contract construction and administration

**Must be authorized to work in the U.S.**:
The wage/salary target range for this role is $23/hr. - $26/hr., depending on education and experience.
