Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to join our team. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the Director in overseeing the operations and administration of our organization.
Duties:
- Assist the Director in managing daily operations and staff members
- Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning and goal setting
- Support in budgeting and financial management activities
- Educate and guide staff on organizational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with education administration regulations
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve organizational objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting
- Proven ability to manage and mentor staff effectively
- Strong background in budgeting and financial management
- Experience in strategic planning and goal setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
