Global Financial Firm located in RUTHERFORD, NJ has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Specialty Developer-Analyst
"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.
" Develop and enhance scalable full stack web applications, ensuring robust front-end user interfaces and efficient back-end services
" Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced data analytics and data science techniques including the production of interactive dashboards and visualizations to inform decision-making and strategic planning for senior leadership
" Serve as a subject matter expert in the risk domain, applying knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements to technology solutions
" Collaborate closely with product and UX to help design and enhance user experiences, incorporating user feedback and usability findings into product decisions
" Engage directly with product owners and end-users to gather requirements, rapidly iterate together (often multiple times per day) to deliver custom solutions, and provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback
" Implement and refine our Agile software and DevOps practices to automate and enhance our automated testing, SDLC and CI/CD processes to ensure rapid and reliable same-day production releases and delivery of software products
" Conduct rigorous automated testing and quality assurance for both new features and existing functionalities to ensure high reliability and user satisfaction
" Stay abreast of emerging technology trends, innovations and industry best practices, evaluating and adopting new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage
