Maximo Architect

Overview

Axient LLC., dba Millennium Engineering, is seeking a highly motivated Maximo Architect with experience in the design, development and maintenance of the business infrastructure system.  Work location is on-site at Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA.  As such, the candidate must be eligible to work on U.S. Government facilities.

Responsibilities

The Candidate will participate in multi-disciplinary teams that: 

• Define the organization's Maximo infrastructure system needs and requirements, and continuous process improvements
• Conduct studies, develop innovative solutions, and make recommendations for long-range plans and for current operations to support all levels of management.
• Assist in defining methodologies for data collection from various systems to perform analysis.
• Ensure that configuration control is maintained for systems, data, processes, equipment, and documents.
• Assist in efforts to review, create, improve, and document maintenance system processes and procedures.
• Support curriculum development and creation of training materials and coordinating with internal training organizations and outside organizations as applicable.

Qualifications

• Have modern programming language experience with SQL, Java, C , PHP, or other.
• Retrieve data from Oracle Databases, read and modify XML.
• Implement Maximo and infrastructure system (scheduling, risk management, discrepancy reporting, etc.) process improvements in accordance with robust system engineering practices,
• Support and maintain Maximo EAM System reports; run queries and create ad-hoc reports.
• Have familiarity and/or experience with one or more of the following:  the Maximo application framework,  Application Designer, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF),  and data dictionary; the definition or modification of Application Screens or Role Based Dashboards; creating or modifying Maximo workflows, the appropriate use of Automation Scripts; administering the Maximo Security Model; migrating data from one Maximo framework to another (including data restructuring), mobile Maximo, or serving as a Primary contact to the Maximo solutions support team.
• Implement controls and monitors in accordance with operational parameters in support of a condition based monitoring program
• Support the asset monitoring project team to improve monitors and alerts for predictive condition analysis.
