HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manage and monitor Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline resource management and configuration.
- Drive the identity, access, and configuration management strategy for Azure.
- Lead network connectivity design processes to ensure seamless integration with Azure.
- Oversee and enhance the SharePoint intranet environment.
- Administer Microsoft 365 licenses for various tenants, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the organization.
ARE YOU A MICROSOFT AZURE AND OFFICE 365 ADMINISTRATION ROCK STAR?
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Azure administration portal, enterprise workload deployment, and PowerShell scripting.
- Certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate is required; additional certifications like MCSE, MCSD, or MCSA are preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Preferred Experience: Over 10 years as a full-time IT professional, familiarity with other cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and business continuity planning.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet project deadlines and provide critical support.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
