JOB BRIEF
This position requires a reliable person to be responsible for the overall product delivery process. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. Goal is to manage the entire order cycle as to enhance business development, ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Provide high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Coordinate the process of manufacturing a product to meet delivery time.
- Provide the first line of contact with the customer throughout the process
- Act as liaison with each department along the production process to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain, build, strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Must adhere to Quality Management System.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
- 4-6 years computer industry related experience.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware.
- Strong oral, written and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and general computer knowledge. SAP is a plus.
- ODM experience is preferred.
- Bilingual Mandarin is a plus, to facilitate communication between factories and vendors oversea.
