Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repairs-Be the hero who swoops in to fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and more.
- Swiftly tackle service requests from residents, turning frowns into smiles.
- Keep things running like clockwork with routine documented inspections and preventative care.
- Keep mechanical rooms well organized.
- Perform regularly safety checks and be ready to handle emergencies with ease.
- Ensure our property is always picture perfect, from common areas, grounds, garages and amenities.
- Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Communicate clearly to residents and Managers about service requests.

Pay: $21.32 - $25.67 per hour
