Job Description:
Axle Informatics seeks a creative, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute internal and external marketing and communication initiatives. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for crafting and implementing our marketing strategies across various digital platforms. In this unique role, you will also be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and execution of engaging graphic and written content that aligns with our branding and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and implement a creative marketing vision for a rapidly growing company
- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, coordinating with team members, managing deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help members understand available marketing solutions and lead SMEs to their deadlines to obtain the content required
- Analyze performance data, including campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, web pages, and advertisements
- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content for customer proposals, social media, websites, and other marketing materials
- Utilize SEO, SEM, and other online marketing strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation
- Provide insights and innovative ideas for content development and social media engagement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Develop and execute social media strategy, ongoing content development, and customer engagement
- Perform writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, web content, social media posts, blogs, and presentations
- Work with and manage external partners as needed to achieve marketing goals
- Maintain messaging and branding consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
- Complete special projects as assigned
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategic communications, graphics, or a related field
- Five years of relevant professional experience is required
- Broad knowledge base to perform duties in a variety of marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, and internal and external communications
- Experience in building marketing strategies and content for healthcare-related customers
- Understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
- Ability to conduct digital analytics and web metrics duties
- Great eye for design and ability to create dynamic graphics within design software and programming tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Strong writing skills and a keen sense for uniting visual and written messaging
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to create and execute effective marketing projects and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and successfully complete multiple tasks in required time frames.
- Experience in healthcare-based marketing campaigns is a plus
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
