Your Impact
This is a SR Account Executive role on a “startup" within the organization where we’ll move fast, win our earliest and largest customers in verticals outside of public safety, and build repeatable sales motions and successful partners.
This is a quota carrying, remote position. Ability to think creatively, articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across Enterprise accounts, and lead the Axon team to success is required.

What You’ll Do
Location: Scottsdale and Seattle are Axon main offices so make ideal locations, however, this role is remote based and can live anywhere within the United States, and on the road 25% of time
Reports to: Director, Enterprise
Direct Reports: 4
- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts
- Be part of a team dedicated to promoting Axon to new Enterprise customers
- Help build the foundation and processes for the Enterprise customer facing team
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Able and willing to travel up to 25% (0-2 days a week on the road)
- 5 years working in sales for a technology company (Software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration)
- Proven ability to close complex sales cycles with mid-market to large customers
- Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
- Problem solving skills, a great attitude, and a fighting spirit
