Your Impact
Key team player on AXON Enterprises success. You will support the outbound shipping team and inbound receiving team by ensuring complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. And receivables are accounted for and routed to the correct processing areas. You are analytical, well-organized and excels in communication.
Your Day to Day
- Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
- Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
- Verify orders picked to ensure quantities and items are correct.
- Ensure all required documentation properly affixed to shipments, such as packing slips, bills of lading, etc.
- Inspect label, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
- Coordinate outbound shipments for pick-up with UPS or freight carriers as assigned.
- Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies – Dangerous Goods experience is required.
- Receive daily deliveries from carriers of RMA returns
- Transfer material throughout the department to the correct processing station
- Document discrepancies of receivables
- Support various RMA requirements as needs arise
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous shipping experience
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities
- Able to operate a forklift safely

Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, carry for 8 of hours at a time; ability to lift 50 unaided; ability to ascend and descend stairs; ability to grasp and use small parts; ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend as required to perform tasks
Work Environment
Within the Axon manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, ambient temperatures, close quarters, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, exposure to vibrations and industrial lighting
Personal Protective Equipment
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by Axon and may be required when a job task(s) is being completed in or around your assigned department or in another department, this includes but is not limited to, safety eyewear, hearing protection. Employees are required to apply ergonomic correctness to all job tasks to the fullest extent possible.

The pay: Axon’s hourly pay philosophy is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting hourly pay for this role is USD 16.35 in the lowest geographic market and USD 22.12 in the highest geographic market. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
