Job Summary and Opportunity
The QA & Treasury Support Supervisor is responsible for managing and assisting with the quality control, certifications and back office support as it pertains to day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate any certification or audits to ensure all deliverables are met by designated due dates
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledgers according to set guidelines
- Onboard new Treasury customers / accounts, process outgoing wire and funds transfers
- Verifies adherence to Bank policies, operating procedures and processes
- Review and validation of all appropriate processing and support
- Troubleshoot problem situations and work with other teams and departments to resolve promptly
- Research, identify, follow up and resolve any outages or discrepancies
- Ensure all data is analyzed and findings are communicated to appropriate parties
- Reviews and monitors the processing of dispute claims to ensure adherence to Reg E and Visa No Liability timelines
- Monitor and arrange for recovery of chargeback cases incurred by fraudulent activities
- Monitors potential operational loss areas, analyzes operational losses and fraudulent activity
- Communicate via phone, email and/ or letters with other bank employees, account holders, and financial institutions
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years’ banking experience in a retail or operational environment
- 2 years’ in leadership position or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft emails and letters to customer’s, other financial institutions, business units and vendors
- General accounting skills
- Must maintain a calm and friendly attitude especially under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to perform all functions efficiently and accurately with limited to no procedural errors
Preferred:
- Some college and/or technical education

A targeted annual base salary of USD $67,000/Yr. - USD $67,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is 20%.
