Job Summary and Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily cash, balance previous day activity, save daily bank statements
  • Assist in initiating or approving both domestic and international wires
  • Perform bank fee analysis and make recommendations for improving operations to lower fees
  • Assist internal and external customers with Treasury related issues by understanding and providing resolution
  • Compilation of SEC Rule 15c3-3 Customer and PAIB Reserve computation
  • Compilation of SEC Rule 15c3-1 Net Cap computation
  • Preparation of reserve computation for fully paid lending accounts
  • Perform variance analysis of reserve computations
  • Assist on updating and maintaining current procedures on all regulatory reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration 
  • 3 years' cash management, treasury, banking, or finance related field
  • Skilled with MS Office Suite products
  • Intermediate banking knowledge, such as terms, payment mediums, and online portal navigation
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Problem solving and quick decision making with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
