Compensation includes: $23.00HR to $30.00HR base plus 20 bonus/semi-annual review

The Role
- Image, deploy in office and ship desktop and laptop computers for remote users.
- Onboarding new users with providing them imaged computer with all required equipment and software installed per their role.
- Offboarding users, collecting computers and disabling access.
- Tracking all inventory items including, items shipped, items currently in stock and items assigned to the users.
- Provide first and second level technical support
- Handle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues as they arrive and route issues to relevant departments
- Manage IT Support ticket system and assist IT Support to meet Service Level Agreement goals
- Deploy all new hire workstations and equipment ahead of time
- Regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all company workstation systems
- Workstation software and hardware installation, maintenance, support, and inventory
- Provide excellent customer support to on-site and remote employees via phone and/or remote desktop sessions
- Assist in development and health of imaging system
- Installing, reclaiming, and fixing desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals.
- Providing support both desk-side and remote; able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
- Help maintain IT inventory.
- Knowledge of basic administration including imaging, installations, and configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
- Create end-user documentation.
- Ensuring tickets are created, maintained, and resolved according to established standards and expectations.
- Prioritize and schedule tasks. Escalate problems (when required) to appropriate resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Are You A Fit?
- Associate's degree in a technical or computer-related field of study or equivalent related experience or higher
- 2 years’ in software applications, Windows, and hardware support role in an enterprise environment
- Tier 1 or higher Desktop Architecture-centered experience
- Desktop support and working knowledge of systems, security and networking, local and client-server applications, functions, and support SCCM, Exchange, Azure, AWS and VMWare platforms
