The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for reconciling client accounts, investigating impediments to timely payment receipt, and other data analysis and advanced problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Receivable department through investigating impediments to timely payment
- Research payment discrepancies and deliver detailed results
- Proactively work with fellow team members and client facility personnel to trouble shoot and overcome impediments to timely payments
- Audit invoices for completeness and accuracy, and ensure swift corrective action when appropriate
- Meticulously execute complex client account reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position
- Accounts Receivable experience is a plus
- Penchant for analysis and problem solving
- Experience working with data
- Passion for working with numbers

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $27.88 to $28.85 hourly, which equates to $58,000 to $60,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
