JOB DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Auditor reports to the Lead Auditor under the direction of the Compliance Manager. Compliance with internal and state regulations is critical to the business operation. The Auditor will work at the direction and discretion of the compliance manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute physical inventory count, cycle count and destruction quarantine count
- Organize Products in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintain all logs and proper documentation as directed by Lead Auditor in real time
- Execute the destruction process as directed by the Lead Auditor in strict adherence to state protocols
- Execute all METRC/Leaflogix adjustments as directed
- Compliance auditor will report directly to the Lead Auditor and will take direction and additional duties as necessary
- Note Compliance conflicts and direct them to the Lead Auditor
- Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Compliance Manager
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment
- Six months of experience in inventory tracking required
- Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous METRC experience preferred
- Previous LeafLogix experience preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
- Must be able to secure Nevada Agent Card Registration with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to use a computer for extended periods of time
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment
- Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities
- Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. (Typical Shift is 4:00am-12:30pm)
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in several locations that include a cannabis cultivation and production facility and dispensaries, the working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff. Work may include dealing with law enforcement and occasional State inspectors.
