As an Insurance Customer Service Representative in our Agency, you will assist policyholders in making the right insurance decisions for their personal situation. You will listen to their needs and make coverage recommendations and answer questions. Policyholders communicate with us over the phone, via email, and in-person.
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative in our Agency, your duties will include:
- Helping policyholders and potential policyholders with service for their insurance policies
- Listening to a policyholders' situation and making recommendations based on their individual needs
- Make sales as needed to drive revenue
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 1 year of prior experience working in an Insurance Agency
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
