Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $52,500 to $64,500. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.

Inside Sales Mission Statement:
Develop and prepare each rep for an advanced role within The AZEK Company through continual education and driving sell-through growth with our dealer and contractor base.
Position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired but not required
- 1-3 years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A great teammate
- A competitor that is hungry for a career in sales
What you’ll do:
- Identify dealer opportunities in your assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing lumberyard base
- Prospect and convert contractors and builders in your assigned territory to continue driving downstream demand
- Detailed 0-3 months training
- Quality > Quantity; 20-30 outbound calls a day
- Respond to email inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Engage customers and present products at industry events and shows (TimberTech Championship, PGA Tour 3M Open, Deck Expos, etc.)
