Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for incoming or outgoing customer calls for our residential and commercial customers. As the first point of contact our CSR's begin the 5 Star Customer Experience we strive to provide! Our CSR's main focus is listening to customers and scheduling appointments. A Customer Service Representative will also handle account inquiries and support issues.
Starting Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 hourly
Shift:
5 Days a week
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
